Shipping & Delivery

Purchases - Excluding Furniture:

• We ship either USPS or FedEx. Purchases are shipped within 1-3 business days from cleared payment. E-mail containing shipping and tracking information are sent to valid supplied e-mail address at the time the package is handed over to the shipper.

Furniture:

• Furniture purchases are handed to the shipper within 5 days of cleared payment with expected delivery within 15-21 days. Shipping information including contact information for the carrier is supplied once the package has been handed to the carrier.
  
  

Returns

Return of purchase that is in original/unused as received condition accepted for a full refund of price provided:

• Buyer must notify Inxstous of plans to return within 7 days of receipt of purchase. You will need the order number and Include thereason for return.
• Return must be received within 10 days of return notification. Package must include the order number and reason for return.
• If product has been used or altered, refund will not be issued and product will not be returned to the customer.
• There is a 30% restocking fee for furniture

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost to return the item
